Bulk Photo Delete & Download for Facebook · Effective July 27, 2026
These Terms of Sale govern purchases of Premium access to the Bulk Photo Delete & Download for Facebook Chrome extension ("the Extension") sold by Athinin ("Seller"). By purchasing Premium, you agree to these terms.
Premium is a digital entitlement that unlocks the paid features described in the Extension and its Chrome Web Store listing. Seller contact: contact@athinin.com. The Extension is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
The checkout page shows the final amount, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any currency conversion before purchase. If the checkout page conflicts with this page, do not complete the purchase and contact us.
Checkout and entitlement verification are provided by ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe to process payments. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing. Athinin and the Extension do not receive your full card number.
Premium is normally activated after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Use the Extension's "Restore purchase" control to re-check an existing entitlement. If activation or restoration fails, contact us with the purchase email and transaction receipt; do not send card details.
The Monthly plan renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through the payment-management link supplied by the payment provider or by contacting contact@athinin.com. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the already paid billing period, subject to the payment provider's processing status and applicable law.
Except where required by applicable consumer law, completed digital purchases and renewal charges are not automatically refundable. We will honor any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, duplicate-charge, or unauthorized-transaction rights that apply to you. Send requests to contact@athinin.com with the purchase email, date, plan, and reason. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment processor and may take additional processing time.
You may use the Extension only for accounts, Pages, and content you own or are authorized to manage, and only in compliance with applicable law and the services' terms. Premium may be suspended for fraud, payment reversal, or unlawful use, subject to applicable consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided "as is" without warranties not expressly stated here, and Athinin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. We may update these terms prospectively for future purchases or renewals, with notice where required. Questions: contact@athinin.com.
